‘To be recognised in such a prestigious way, by meeting members of the royal family, is a great reward for our efforts with international trade.  Who would have thought that this company from Colchester, that I founded in 2003, would grow phenomenally and its brands would be known all over the world from professionals to household consumers?’ – Andy Smith Managing Director.

A party was held this weekend at the place where Ultimotive began – the garden of Lynette and Andy Smith’s home. On the invite list, was supporter and local MP for Colchester Hon. Will Quince he commented, “Congratulations to the team at Ultimotive.  This award is not only excellent news for the company, but also for Essex as it illustrates the quality of commercial manufacturing in this part of the UK.  The Queen’s Award for Enterprise is a true accolade and is a perfect platform for the company to continue to grow internationally”.
